KVKK notice
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), this page explains which data anonnote processes and why.
Data controller
anonnote (contact: info@anonnote.com).
Data processed
Post content, chosen nickname, timestamp, vote counts, IP address; if you create an account: nickname, email, password hash, recovery code hash and session records.
Purposes
Publishing content, preventing abuse, meeting legal obligations (Law 5651), account security and password recovery.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest (spam and abuse prevention).
Retention
IP addresses live with the post record and are deleted with it. Account data is removed when the account is deleted; writings remain anonymous. Rate-limit records are kept 7 days, error logs 30 days.
Transfer
No transfer to third parties beyond our hosting and email providers, except lawful requests under Law 5651.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection to processing, and compensation for damages.
